Hello, I was diagnosed in Oct with sclc which was contained to my right lung. I had the chemo and radiation and in Jan scans showed it had shrunk considerably in the lung but I had some mets in my brain. Was put on Imfinzi and had gamma knife for the brain mets. The gamma knife took care of the brain mets but I now have 3 more, having gamma knife again next week. I also have a followup CT next week to see if the Imfinzi is working. I am afraid to ask the Dr what my chances are. Are there any long time survivors of this?
