This is a short video of Dr Itzhak Brook giving the keynote address. He is a Head and Neck cancer survivor who goes over the many aspects of H&N cancer including things like your diagnosis and thoughts that go through your mind like suddenly you are in a major crisis, it shatters your invincibility, and you are suddenly facing mortality which has you thinking about your eternal destination. I think this is what almost all cancer patients run into but few want to talk about it. Also, there is a lot of anxiety, uncertainty, and worry and the concern of dependency on others.
