My wife of 20 years was diagnosed in late 2022 with Melanoma stage 3. She had a mass removed that took part of her shoulder and a few lymph nodes as well (who knew there were so many). After trying immunotherapy and targeted therapy she is losing the battle. She fought hard, but the cancer spread to the brain and got in the brain stem.

We are currently in palliative care at the hospital as she is in her final days.

I would consider anyone going through this start your therapy and find a promising clinical trial as soon as possible that works with your therapy. A company called Elios is doing one that uses the tumors DNA and you stay on your current therapy usually. Unfortunately its a little too late for us, but maybe you will have a better outcome.

Please pray for us, that God will grant us peace and continue to comfort my wife and keep her from pain.
