Hi.

Can you please help me.

Due longer to misssed periods and pain doctor sent me to blood tests. The marker Ca125 was within limits, and He4 was elevated to 270 pmol. It has been 9 months since then. Ca 125 remains below the limit, He4 increased to 335 pmol, free fluid is present. Ct showed no changes in the abdominal cavity. I have diagnostic surgery in a month. Has anyone had a similar case and how accurate is the mentioned He4 actually?I don't even know what to expect and I'm already freaking out because it's been going on for so long.

I don't even know what to expect and there was no cancer?

I wish you all the best from all of my heart
