Wilms tumour for my daughter

Glad to be on this platform. My daughter was diagnosed with bilateral wilms tumour at the age of 1 year and 2 months. Surgery was done. She she currently 5years old and 3 months old. Serviving on half a kidney. How do l take care of that remaining kidney. Are there people with the same condition on this platform.
