Survival of rectal cancer w Perineural invasion

Hello my last post was kind of hard to read I’ll try again I was diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer in April of 2023 I started long course radiation at duke in May finished that and started chemo in August I had my low anterior resection surgery on 12-5. I’m currently dealing w an abscess that has been terrible. My pathology came back no lymph node involvement but I did have perineural invasion. Final stage was T3NOMO I’m so scared I have two kids who need me could someone please reach out with some experience or information. This is so scary
