Tight neck after neck dissection followed by chemo and radiation..

I had my 2nd neck dissection in March 2023 followed by chemo and radiation. I have considerable tightness in my neck after completing PT. Hoping someone else has some tips to help relief the discomfort.

My neck is still swollen from radiation and I finished it in May 2023,I would alternate ice packs and dish towel and it would ease mine some..Hope you get some relief

I don't share your exact situation although I have had a neck dissection, but I know there are others who do.
