14 year post double mastectomy onset of pain

I had a double mastectomy almost 14 years ago. Just recently I began having left breast discomfort/pain mostly near the outer/upper quadrant near my armpit and slightly above my breast implant on the chest wall area. The pain seems to be spreading/radiating to my left back shoulder blade area. It should be noted I have slight scarring in the left outer/upper area of my breast from the removal of a hematoma that developed during the expansion process. My question, is it normal for the onset of pain 14 years out from a double mastectomy? I've been doing yard work, raking, etc. which I've not really done in the past and the onset of pain seems to coincide with doing yard work. Advil slightly alleviates the discomfort but does not completely take it away.
