    • Virtually every post in this thread has stated that only a biopsy can prove prostate cancer.
    • A PSA or isoPSA can be used to identify the need for a biopsy; that's all. By itself, it proves nothing. If a patient has a higher than normal IsoPSA, the chance of there being cancer is about 16% according to a recent paper I will cite below.
