Radiologist report says bone marrow uptake and metastasis.

So the radiologist report for my wife's Pet/ct scan says the following:
"Mild focal FDG uptake within the proximal left humerus SUV 2.0 Differential includes physiologic marrow uptake and metastasis."
Our doctor says don't worry about that. He says it's nothing. We'll we are worried! Should we be? Can anyone give us some info on this. Should we follow up on it or just forget about it like the doctor says?
