    Yes, It sounds logical, but every time I read about all the side effects associated with IMRT radiation I freak out. The IRE Nanoknife focal therapy is still attractive to me, even if it's not a standard of care procedure. If focal IRE therapy fails, I still can go for radiation. Am I making any sense? Currently there is no definitive evidence that my cancer is outside the prostate. My local urologist also recommends a standard of care IMRT treatments. He keeps telling me I have several months to make a decision. The stress of indecision is wearing me down. 😒
