Transperineal biopsy options

I am looking for doctors who perform transperineal biopsy in California preferably in a large health system. I have an appointment in late Jan but trying to see if I can get anything earlier. 

Also any experience in getting appointments with mayo in Arizona, MD Anderson. How quick/easy was it to get one.
