Scared

It’s ok to admit that you are scared, show feeling but also be someone’s rock. My father passed recently and I have heard him cry loudly, tell us he is scared and at the same time, he showed us what strength is by going through what he went through. He set things up for my mom. He made sure she will be ok and made sure she understood that the word widow is just a checkbox. It means nothing if she Dosent want it to mean anything. He is always around. Show your feelings, it might help her feel as if she is not alone in this and it might help you too 💜
