I was diagnosed in December 2021 with triple negative carcinoma in my right breast. I started chemo 2 days after Christmas. I had eight rounds of strong chemo and 19 rounds of radiation, then a lumpectomy. All that was finished in July 2022. So far I am cancer free. There is hope, friends! I am so thankful for my oncology team and their wonderful care. If you are feeling hopeless, reach out to your oncology department. They have all kinds of help and resources. My next mammogram is in December and I am believing it will show no cancer still. Please post your victory stories; I think it gives others hope. I also have a friend who had pancreatic cancer (which is a bad one) and she is now cancer free. So there is a lot of reason to be optimistic. And if you are a believer in Christ, I give Him all the credit. I told my oncologist that he and his team had saved my life and he smiled, and said, "It was the man upstairs! I wish the best for all of you!
