Odd tingling/tickling/itching sensation behind just the right nipple

I've been having this strange sensation for about three or more months now. It comes and goes throughout the day, but it does happen multiple times a day. My breast tissue has been shown to be dense and i've had to have repeat mammos in the past. I'm due for another.

Has anyone heard of this symptom? No other issues that I personally can see.
