I just had a CT of chest with IV contrast, and this is the results: esophagus is collapsed, 7 mm nodule in right upper lobe, 7.6 mm nodule in right middle lobe, sizable, rounded opacity is not clearly nodular, 2 opacities measure each just over 1 cm, lingula 6.4 mm nodule, outer lingual 5 mm lung nodule, and patchy opacity of the inferior lingula seen. What does all this mean?
