Traveling
Every single member of my cancer care team encouraged me/us to NOT cancel our family cruise scheduled next month to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. Now that it's just a few weeks away, I have a lot of mixed emotions. I know I can't do lakes, oceans, public pools, hot tubs, saunas, and I have to be careful about sun exposure. I'll see the surgeon next week to start planning next reconstruction surgery but will ask him then about anything else I need to restrict or modify for the cruise. I'm excited for our girl and how much fun she's going to have but I'm also worried about something going wrong health wise for me. I don't want to spend the whole time worrying. Anyone have any thoughts/advice?
