    PET is very sensitive but the spatial resolution is much lower than MRI. It may be hard to tell if the high SUV uptake is from the left or right side. CT does have higher resolution, which is comparable to MRI, but its soft tissue differentiation is not as good as MRI. Each imaging technique has its own limitations, which is why doctors look at them together to make a final call.

    Anyway, what is important is that this imaging report clearly shows that you have cancer in the prostate bed and at least 1 lymph node. It is high risk but can be cured. If you're otherwise healthy, you may want to consult an experienced radiation oncologist to get it cured. Wish you all the best!
