Anastrozole and vision

Does Anastrozole cause eye floaters and vision problems , I feel like You take the anastrozole you won’t have cancer for five years but your bones are going to get week you could lose your teeth and it affects you eye sight

now I may have to take fosamax

    I developed cataracts in both eyes about a year after being on anastrozole. I have been told that it wasn't the anastrozole that caused them but after asking in some other forums I have learned that there are eye drs that confirm anastrozole can cause eye problems.
