Question on Finding

I got the below finding on a Triple Rule Out Scan yesterday. Haven't talked to my dr yet but anyone know what this means?

MEDIASTINUM AND HILA: Scattered mediastinal or hilar lymph nodes which are not

pathologically enlarged by size criteria.

    The fact that they are not enlarged would seem to be a good thing. The mediastinum is between the lungs; hilar refers, I think, to near the bronchial tubes.
