exercise on an exercise bike?
From those of you already "on the other side", in my part of the country, I can't always walk outside til maybe April? My surgery is 4/3/23. I'll be having a bilateral mastectomy. With that being said, would an exercise bike be a good way to start the process of getting back in shape? I have an active lifestyle as I have horses and all that goes with the care of them and place. So, I am in decent shape. I agree that we need to listen to what our bodies tell us.... yes exercise or no, nap..... has anyone used an exercise bike? thanks ahead
