Are there any more tests you recommend before making a decision? You mention determining how much is level 3 vs 4- is there something which would actually quantify this?

The biopsies I have seen will say how much is 3 versus 4, so I am surprised yours doesn’t. I sent my biopsy off to John’s Hopkins for review, and their review did call out the percentage of each (mine was less than 5% grade 4).

i recommend pursuing a review by Hopkins, no downside.
