Has anyone had experience with NPWT? I have a very small fistula that developed after an abscess formed and eventually erupted at the upper end of my Radical Neck Dissection scar. Augmentin took care of the infection but the fistula continues to leak now almost 7 weeks after eruption. I am hoping for a non-surgical solution. I found NPWT on the internet and it looks promising. Comments would be appreciated.
