My PSA test 1/23/2023 showed .253 vs past quarterly's of <.064, <.01, <.064, <.064,.064. Testosterone was 45 vs past quarterly's of 24, <5,<10,22, 39 , 50.Blood was drawn while I had a bacterial infection as evidenced by Immature granlocytes at 1.2 vs 0.5% limit. I have been on ADT for 16 months. Any comments are appreciated

    Hi,

Have you had surgery or radiation treatments? Biopsy results, Gleason score? Timeframes for your case? Give us a little more info and I am sure people will comment on your current situation.

Like Clevelandguy mentioned, some background data would be helpful. Your recent PSA result is alarming but should be repeated ASAP. Mistakes do happen.
