I was diagnosed with this type of lung cancer in 2011. I have had two surgeries, (wedge lower right lung removed) and the right middle lobe removed. Plus radiation treatments. The last few years have been calm and nothing has needed to be done. I had my 6 month ct scan in sept. and of course, found a spot growing in my left lung. They said to wait another 6 months before deciding , if any treatment. My question is this, are there any kind of symptons that go along with this type of cancer. So far, its just been the ct scans that have located anything. But my health is going down hill and I feel worse. Should I ask for another ct scan or wait until my 6 months are up .

My surgeon had shared with me that symptoms appear late in the game. I would not delay and get a CT and see my surgeon. Good thoughts for you.
