Lymphovascular Invasion

I just had mastectomy. On pathology report, lymphovascular invasion is present and micrometastatis on sentinel node. No other lymph nodes were removed during the surgery.
how common and how significant is it for invasive ductal carcinoma to be “lymphovascular invasion”? Does anyone have the same experience?
