When could I resume outrigger paddling after radical double mastectomy ? I am afraid to ask...

Hi everyone, I just had a radical double mastectomy 5 days ago, the pain is awful, nothing compared the firs time I had breast cancer 8 years ago, back then the lumpectomy was much easier compared to this :( I m afraid that I won't be able to do the sports I used to, anyone here is a dragon boat paddlers, or a outrigger paddler ? for even tennis, pickleball or any sports that use a lot the arms are off limit after due to the pain or limit movements ? thanks for your help if you can ...
