Hello

My 70+ YO bride of many years had a spine MRI recently.

The MRI says in part: "Small area of T2 hyperintensity within the left kidney is incompletely characterized on lumbar spine MRI."

Question: What does this mean?

The F/U with the doctors is scheduled for early next year.

Thank you and take care
