Anaplastic ependymoma

I have a brother who had anaplastic ependymoma He underwent an operation to remove the tumor and received radiation treatment, then the tumor receded again, received radiological treatment, and took six doses of chemotherapy. This month, tumors appeared in the x-rays, and he had no other operations or chemotherapy, so please help

I am from Egypt. Is there anyone who can help me treat my brother and present the reports to some consultants and find out the best protocol for treating him? Please help me.
