Searching for a close friend

Hello everyone. I am a member of this site, and connected with a lady named Constance Hammond. I dont remember her code name, but she had sinus cancer, and wound up having a permanent trach in her neck, as I do. She is married and resides in Indiana. For some unknown reason she stopped emailing me. She said she was having a hard time breathing, and could barely move her fingers. I am very worried about her. Another member mentioned that she died, which upset me. My friend knew her also, but could not find out any info about her. If anybody knew her, it knows what happened to her, please let me know. I would appreciate it very much. We both helped each other, hard to find other cancer patients with a trach that you can connect with. Plus, I have a FT as well. I got a double whammy.
