Beginnings of Hair Loss??

I am Stage IV Metastic Breast Cancer, De Novo diagnosis. I am currently undergoing my 3rd week of my 2nd round of Kisqali and Arimidex. I have not had traditional chemotherapy treatments.
The other morning, I woke up with my scalp feeling very tender and bruised. My treatment says hair loss is rare, but everything I’ve read indicates this signals hair loss.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any tips for handling the unique tenderness that comes with this?
NOTE: I have the pain, but brushing isn’t showing much loss, perhaps I’m just thinning? All thoughts welcome.
