Alternative Treatment after Surgery

Has anyone tried a holistic treatment after breast cancer surgery? I just had a lumpectomy a few weeks ago and am scheduled to see the oncologist soon to discuss treatment plans. I would like to hear more about the pros and cons of holistic treatment from someone who has gone through it please for a better understanding.
