Lab work questions

Hello. I'm Tony. Can I get some thoughts on my recent lab work.

I have had unspecified anemia for years. Just recently, my cancer doctor took a look at past lab work and suggested that I may have myeloma and did a lot of blood work. My Kappa chain came back very high at 42.0. The Kappa/Lambda Ratio was high as well at 2.47. The protein electro tests were at the high end but were within normal. No M-spike was observed. My RBC, HGB, and HCT were low. My HCB and HCT have always been low. My Creat were high as well. There were a few other things that were out of the normal range. I don't see my doctor untill the end of month. Note, that I was treated with chemo and radiation for tonsil cancer in 2020. I also have an autoimmune disease called Myositis.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
