Clinical trials my recurrence

in Gynecological Cancers (other than ovarian and uterine) #1

Has anyone gone thru a clinical trial for their cancer. My doctors seem to feel this may be a good option for me since my cancer returned in the middle of my chemo cycles.

But I hear there may be some unexpected costs with entering a clinical trial even though I have pretty good insurance. Has anyone experienced some negative feedback on clinical trials besides or including adverse side affects?
