Not sure how to manage this- I waited for an MRI for 7 weeks and now at the last minute the insurance is saying they won’t pay for it- they need a peer to peer. They waited till the last hour to contact me- and now we have only 48 hours to get a peer to peer- it took me a long time to get a doctor to listen meanwhile my abdomen is getting more bloated by the week.

anyone have this happen? I can’t do this anymore.

Insist that the Doctor deal with the insurance hiccup. This is not unusual. Insurance companies have patient advocates. Call your insurance company yourself.
