Grief process

Hello,
I'm curious about dealing with the loss of my mom. I lost her on April 4, 2022, I keep thinking it's time for me to move forward with finding a new path. Many days I'm at peace with her being gone and grateful that she is no longer in pain, yet I'm still feeling stuck, and when I'm about to get on a new path a new feeling of grief or depression come over me so here I am stuck again at almost 6 months after losing my mom to lung cancer. I am still hopeful, but I don't know why.
Thank You for your time.
