Hello beautiful ladies

I want to ask if anyone of you is in letrozole and has breast and chest pain as side effect?

    Good evening,

    I'm new to all of this. I too am on Letrozole and I had chest pain and pressure. I had to stop it temporarily for my ovarian surgery. I started it back up because the doctor felt its benefits out weighed the side effects. About 2 weeks in and the side effects stopped. I have been on letrozole for about 2.5 months. Hope this helps.
