    Intraductal carcinoma (IDC) is associated with worse outcomes, regardless of treatment status.

    It surely turns your husband's case more serious but nobody can tell that it's presence will "guarantee" a worse scenario. It also wouldn't change the options on therapies.

    Let's cross our fingers for a successful treatment.

    Thank you so much. The PSMA was today so we will know tomorrow where we stand on the treatment plan. The good news is he feels good, just really tired and he sleeps a lot.
