Is this a recurrence or a new primary

In 2008 I was diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer. Six of my lymph nodes were clear. I had a lumpectomy,chemo and radiation. I have been diagnosed again with breast cancer this year, in the same breast as my initial diagnosis from 2008, but this time I am dcis. My question is, is this a recurrence or a new primary? I am a little confused here and very worried.
