Hey everyone- just wanted to share that I am nearing being checked out of the hospital following an 11hr laparoscopic LAR surgery. Went through short course radiation(5 treatments) back in march followed by 6 rounds of CAPOX. Have a loop ileostomy and will hopefully be reconnected in December. Just hoping this is the end of this horrible disease!
