Desmoplastic Melanoma on the thigh

Hi All:

So I got hit with Desmoplastic melanoma.

pT Category : pT4b

pN category: pN1a

I had surgery done for the primary tumor and the margins are negative.

So the doc suggested this circulating DNA which seems to be the best thing out there to get a guaranteed look inside what is going. I am waiting for those results to come in however was thinking whether I should start the immunotherapy (check -point ) anyways.

Doc told me that this a a rare kind of melanoma and generally tries to come up to the same spot , I would to hear about anyone out there who had the similar kind of melanoma and the decisions that you made. Thanks for reading!
