Paranasal mucosal Melanoma

My husband has advanced stage paranasal Mucosal Melanoma that Metastasized to the frontal lobe - He had surgery and many rounds of radiation- It came back on the other side of the brain now- We have 3 daughters and the nuero team said no surgery options.
