Young and postmenopausal

I was diagnosed with cancer at 33 and completed my treatment when I was 34. I am now 35 and confirmed to be postmenopausal due to treatment. There is no undoing it. I am wondering if anyone knows of a support group for young cancer survivors who are menopausal/postmenopausal due to treatment.

    if you don’t mind, what were the first signs you exhibited? I’m questioning the same thing.
