Does anyone knows if this is good for low platelets? My platelets went down yesterday morning to 10 and had Mediterranean, lots of hummus with lots of tahini. Last night, before the transfusion, platelets went up to 65. I had 2 bags of platelets transfused. Expecting this morning that platelets will be up because of the transfusion and the Hummus with tahini. To my dismay, platelets went down to 38. What went wrong? Now I’m wondering if the beet juice is the culprit or the hummus with tahini? Appreciate your feedback.
