Advice on skipping a treatment?

Hi all,
I was told at my last chemo treatment that if I needed to I could skip the next treatment to give my body a break. I am receiving Paxol / carbo weekly along with ketruda every 3 weeks and this would be week 8 of 12. I have debilitating fatigue, just showering or walking to the bathroom does me in. Exercise and walking has not helped me at all. I am also getting tingling in my hands, feet, arms and backs of my legs. I also think I may have chemo brain because I just feel like I’m always in a foggy cloud.
I am wondering if anyone has done this and if so does it make any difference in how you feel?
