Side effects of repeat RAI and SBRT

Hi, has anyone had a repeat RAI and SBRT for metastatic Follicular thyroid Ca. I was initially diagnosed in 2007 at age 26, had total thyroidectomy and RAI. I was doing ok till 2021 when lesions were noted in lungs , hip and spine. Had repeat RAI and SBRT to hip and spine lesions. 6 months later started having very severe dry mouth and parotid pain. Had procedure to flush the parotid and submandibular glands. Dry mouth and pain improved . Now with constant watery eyes. Doctor recommend repeating RAI but I am so scared . Not sure if anyone else has similar issues!
