Hey all,

Hoping for some tips on how to relieve pain created by the cancer itself and from ascites. I was diagnosed in 2018 with ovarian stage 3A cancer and have since gone through 4 rounds of chemo, or 39 treatments of chemo. I am currently in a clinical trial just about to start my 3rd cycle. The cancer has spread to numerous areas of my abdomen and for the first time, am feeling the cancer. Looking for tricks or tips that might help with the pain. I currently take tramidol 3 times a day and have had 2 paracentesis in the past 6 weeks. But, wondering what else I can do besides lay on a couch. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
