Just home after surgery - updated 7/12/22

I got home from my lumpectomy/sentinal node biopsy about an hour ago, woohoo! As another survivor tod me, this means they removed the cancer with your surgery; the rest is just making sure it never comes back. This is such a wonderful way to look at it! I am so grateful all went well. Lab results come in Thurs on margins and lymph node. All is well! Now to bed.

UPDATE: I heard back on the path report - clear margins and clean SN. Yaaaay! Now just need to get lots of rest. ❤️
