Anyone with ideas to help with the keytruda cough

hi,

I am on my 3rd treatment of keytruda and my cough has gotten increasingly worse. I will go a couple hrs and just clear my throat a few times then the cough will return for hours..no rhyme or reason and it’s really getting to me. Several times the world started to go black from coughing so hard.

Had a CT yesterday to check for Pneumonitis and have not got the results yet. I am on tusslen pearls 200 and it helps some. The worst seems to be after waking, up after meals, and in the evening..

Any ideas would be very much appreciated as I am trying to heal from a neck dissection(2 weeks ago). I has not been a pleasurable experience!
