Hello Everyone,

I was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer (HER2) and have not been satisfied with the customer service at treatment center I was referred to. I am experiencing lack of communication, difficulty getting in touch with staff and poor coordination of care from the front desk staff.

Can anyone recommend a treatment center in the Dallas area that provides good services? Thank you

    Research hospital's ratings on the internet. If you're not comfortable with your care, definitely get as many second opinions as you need to make you feel well taken care of. This is a very important decision. Gather as much information as you can. Read, read, read! Understand your type of cancer. Look up statistics. In the end, go with your gut. No one knows you better than you.
